Tateni is a non-profit community based organisation that provides home-based care services to the people of Mamelodi and surrounding informal settlements. It supports HIV/AIDS infected and affected chronically and terminally ill people and their families, including orphans and vulnerable children. Tateni is the only Health and Welfare Sector Education and Training Authority (HWSETA) accredited Home- based Care training service provider in Mamelodi.
